In addition to domestic property we also provide a comprehensive range of services for commercial property. These services are provided over the whole of the United Kingdom by a comprehensive network of suppliers which has been steadily built up since the website first started operating in 2005.

“First time i have used this website.Helped me decide which to use and understand the different surveys !! Each and every one very Good it helps understanding the breakdown what is involved, costs and where they are based. ( I was impressed how quick i had emails so much choice !!) “Prompt response from one surveyor and was able to arrange a next day appointment. Four more responses on the following day. I did notice that a couple of the architects had incomplete and/or unfinished websites that doesn't do them any favours. Additionally some were less than transparent about their fees in that they either gave a 'from.....' figure or implied that fees were arranged on a job by job basis. I've got to say that the websites that do work have hugely impressive mansions on them that someone such as myself who is looking for something more modest find rather intimidating. As for your website and the response from it though - absolutely excellent. I've got a bit of due diligence to do but that said, I think I have found my architect.”

“The web site was very clear and comprehensive. We received instant personal responses from two companies. We selected Graham Polley to give an initial consultation- he was extremely helpful and advised an alternative route despite the fact this means we will not require an architect so Mr Polley does not gain any business. We were very grateful for his expertise.”

“I have never needed an architect before and didn't know where to start! I had a list of local companies sent immediately I registered on the site, and then I was contacted by 4 of them, and then contacted one myself who we went on to appoint for the work required. Really impressed by the helpfulness and speed of response.”
