I made a withdrawal request and didn’t receive any response for several days. Shortly after, the balance in my wallet suddenly went missing. After a week passed without any clarification, I contacted support through the email in my bio (EMAIL IN MY BIO), and they were able to help me retrieve the lost funds. Although I’m relieved the situation was resolved, the overall experience left me uneasy. It’s important for users to feel confident that their funds are secure and that any issues will be handled promptly. Strengthening the reliability and responsiveness of customer support would go a long way in building that trust.

Jason Brown of Delta Electricals charged me £595 for installing 4 spotlights and 1 electric wall socket. He originally said it would be a days work for two men but it took them less than an hour. He also said he would replace my kitchen spotlights in the quote which he didn't. He insisted on payment before he left and when my bank refused payment twice he was more than happy to sit and wait until I phoned my bank. Despite having asked several times for a receipt and VAT receipt he is now ignoring my calls and messages. Don't use.

Delta Electrical -- Jason Brown. Avoid him. Installed an electric shower at huge cost because I needed it immediately and didn't check reviews as I should have. Never provided any paper work despite requests from me. Shower failed after two months because installed incorrectly. So warranty invalidated. And now need to have another installed by people who know what they are doing. Does not answer the phone, respond to texts or acknowledge emails. Con man.

Jason has just ripped my 96 year old auntie off. The low life scum charged her £6000 half a re-wire. He turned her heating down and sold her some electric heaters that she didn’t need.

Delta electrical- Jason brown. Absolute con man. Boycot at all costs, quick to take peoples money for ‘deposits’ but never hear from him. Luckily my Bank had to get my money back for me, can not believe I have been victimised by someone like this.

I requested EICR inspection on my two properties by RJB Electrical. Prior to the inspection, Rhys requested full payment upfront; which I did. After I received the completed reports, I made some enquiries to some discrepancies, which turns out that Rhys had made a mistake with the two EICR reports and mixed the two flats up; which is an serious error on an official document. We then agreed on a price to make the certificates good and he demanded more than 60% upfront before commencing any work. This I paid immediately. I then had to continually push him to do the work (he did not always come back to me as promised) and work finally done more than 30 days after the EICR was first done. This is in violation of the law. After RJB Electrical had completed the remedial work, I asked for the new EICR certificates and also for an invoice (so far Rhys had not sent me anything, even for the initial survey). He refused both requests and said he would immediately cancel the two EICR and make them invalid unless I paid the final balance – this is despite I had already paid 80% upfront. His manner is bullying and his paper work poor and this threat to cancel the certificates because I have asked for the invoice prior to paying the final 20% is very unprofessional and intimidating.

I don't think the architects on the list were local enough to where I was looking for and not with the right experience. I was looking for architect experienced in low energy design.

Be warned - within 60 seconds of pressing "submit", I got a call from a surveyor - followed by what felt like a dozen more within the next hour. There is NOTHING on the website to say that you will get calls and I would have thought they are in breach of Data Protection (but didn't check). All I was expecting was a short list of possible surveyors either on screen or by email. Horrible experience.

How can we write a review when we haven't seen the report yet?

I was trying to get a local surveyor but most of the companies which responded were far away from us. Their quotes were quite too high and the service that I was expecting to have a general survey of the building with photograph to confirm that how much damage the ex-tenants have caused to the contents and building of the property was either not available or at high additional costs. Thanks

I was contacted by two of the surveyors on the list, Vorbild and Planit. Vorbild sent me a long email and asked for lots of details aboult the project which I duly gave them, then they did not contact me again apart from now apparently being signed up to their nesletter - not good. PlanIt Design even worse - they contacted me with what seemed like a good quote so and the promise of a free visit. They seemed excellent and timely so I gave them more details and then we agreed a time and date for a site visit, the weekend before that however they cancelled the visit citing too much work and approaching holidays. So I feel the whole exercise has been a waste of time - rather than make the process easier the response of the companies recommended have slowed the process down, I have found them to be unprofessional and I just feel like my details have been harvested for spam purposes.

The email of contacts and the search function was useful. I called the top few I liked the look of straight away and secured a surveyor within the day. Since then I have been inundated by calls and emails days later, filling my email box with spam and my voicemails are now completely full. There was no option not to leave my phone number or opt out of being contacted by phone. It's really poor CRM management for a comms based business and I wouldn't want to use your service again as a result. Can you please opt me out of all communications and ask all of the people you have passed my details onto to remove my details from their lists. Other than the many surveyors you pass my details onto, can you confirm whether or not you also sell these details onto other third parties?
