“The site offered a fixed price of £500 for plans, submission and through application for a single storey extension. But when I contacted 4 of the 5 companies, they all quoted about £2000 !!! Big big difference.”

“I wanted to find local surveyors who could do a rent appraisal/review. The forms on the website were not set up to do this and I was not able to find any suitable surveyors. The advice given about finding any was also not very helpful.”

“We only wanted an idea of cost but are now hounded by email and phone calls. Local I don't think so 100miles away is not by any means local. Would not recommend this site at all”

“Great, just had a cold call from a Blinds and shutter company that day after searching on here for a surveyor. Not happy!! Supposed to be confidential and deatils not shared but they clearly are. Avoid......”

Thanks for your comment. I would like to assure you that we do not share your details with any third parties other than the Surveyors who are listed in your estimate. We also have very strict Terms and Conditions for the Members of your website to make sure they keep your details confidential. I will investigate what has happened in this case, and any Member found to be passing Customer information on to any third party will be immediately removed from our website. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

“I never got a phone call from anyone. Received a text saying I would get a call the same day. Didn't happen.”

“I have had numerous emails from this company recently and despite replying advising them I have no knowledge about them they keep sending more mail. I have NEVER used this company in the past and if this is the way they hassle complete strangers I will never use them in the future. I would advise anyone to look elsewhere and stay well away .”
