I was trying to get a local surveyor but most of the companies which responded were far away from us. Their quotes were quite too high and the service that I was expecting to have a general survey of the building with photograph to confirm that how much damage the ex-tenants have caused to the contents and building of the property was either not available or at high additional costs.
