“Hi, Just to say an enormous thankyou for giving us GNP Structural surveys . They were amazing. We were relocating back to East London and needed a surveyor to quickly inspection a Victorian terraced house. We thought the house was amazing based on the agents details, however Andrew the surveyor made us aware of some serious structural cracking issues that had been hidden. He explain the processes required as our hearts were set on the property, however after further investigations we have found that the repairs will costs £80,000, We just want to say a big big thankyou, always use a good surveyor, it saved us our life savings, thanks you GNP, thankyou Local building Surveyors”

“Used this website and found Chris Seal of Impact Construction Consultants Ltd as I needed a Full Building Survey. Chris contacted me on the day I used the site to discuss my requirements, followed it up with an email and told me his availabilty. He managed to get access to the property earlier and did a thorough report, complete with photo's which really helped and the report was emailed to me as soon as it was ready. I felt reassured enough to continue with the purchase. I will be using Chris again on my next purchase and would recommend to everyone.”

“Your web site was fine and easy to use. Decided not to use one of the companies that quoted on the website due to their unavailability for the dates requested. “i used Local Building Surveyors to locate a company to request a RICS Builders' Survey. The site promptly provided the information of one firm local to my new property. I requested a quote, which was acceptable. However, due to COVID-19, all firms in the area were very busy. I booked a survey from the company LBS provided, and due to a cancellation the original date offered was brought forward. I yet await the competion of the survey.”

“Property valued a £1650-£1665, by comparison with recent sales within the postcode area which did not take into consideration the communal green garden, nor the situation overlooking the Exe with unique views. The surveyor concentrated on the absence of en-suite facilities, absence of central heating, granite work surface in the kitchen, and the generally old-fashioned finish, including the sitting room which was refurbished less than a year ago. Admittedly the place needs a lot of money spent on it. The purpose of the independent valuation was that it was required in the lease and should have been binding between myself ang the ground landlord. He could have insisted on the price, but even he thought it unreasonably low, and I am now in the process of selling it to him for £24,000. I paid for the valuation, which, quite frankly, could have left me unable anything vaguely equivalent in terms of pleasant situation.”
