“In general I was happy enough with his report and was pleased that he called me to give a précis of it before it was published. However, one of the points I was most interested in was a suspected water leak in the loft. Unfortunately, the loft hatch was apparently stuck with paint and he did not open it. I would have thought that this should have been possible with fairly simple tools which any surveyor should carry.”

“A lot of money for very little service didn't use them. They were going to do a survey & write a report on my leaking chimney stack for the princely sum of £490, they weren't going up on roof but just looking at it from ground level I think they were having a laugh.”

“Bombarded with calls and emails weeks and weeks after filling in my details, mostly from companies 100s of miles away. Not one local independent surveyor. A complete waste of time”

“Provided details of several surveyors operating in the area I was interested in who quickly provided quotes and in some cases further information about their services and sample reports. I prepared a shortlist for my son who, after asking follow up questions, has now chosen and booked one of these. Prices varied considerably and terms and responsiveness too so it is important to compare these before making a booking.”

“I wanted to find a surveyor for me to contact and was not expecting a barrage of calls and emails as soon as I hit search. While some people may like this, the "hard sell" and pressure has really put me off and I am seeking a surveyor via other means. Sorry.”
