“Two out of three more competitive than surveyors promoted by estate agent. However when contacted became 40% more expensive than immediate quotations. Still will probably be best route to reliable service provider. Caveat emptor!”

“Had a quick look at the website to get an idea of availability and pricing now I seem to be pestered by emails that I don't want. Their suppliers don't take no for an answer. My advice is do your own research least ways you're in control!”

“Matthew delivered a Rics House Survey 2 on the property I am buying. The survey was informative and included a lot of photos. This was really helpful as I could see for myself the work that needed to be addressed. I used a different firm 2 months before for a different property and I can really confirm that Matthew 's services are of high standard, he is very professional, thorough and extremely helpful. I have no hesitation at recommending him”

“Used Houzecheck. Very helpful especially Sally. They were the best quote and able to inspect sooner than the other companies. Their price was very competitive. There were a couple of things that I wanted to be double-checked and Chris was more than happy to go back and check them out for me. I would use them again and would highly recommend them.”

“Very few of the local surveyors appear to be registered with this site. I got three quotes from my enquiry. One of those companies rapidly became a nuisance by not simply supplying a quote via the site but emailing and phoning in quite a pushy manner.”
