“Very inexperienced, limited knowledge of the area, under valued the property by £35,000. I did ask her to review but she was not willing to. I ended up paying another experienced surveyor to gain a correct valuation.”

“The survey received had a missing paragraph which only was made of 2 lines and clearly cut by mistake. Despite several requests I never managed to have it back and it was also marked as orange so "in need of attention." Furthermore, I also sent 4 emails as the reports included potential drain pipes and roof incoming repairs due but that was never explained, and I never managed to get a reply. Better to pay slightly more but receive a proper survey and, even more importantly, a reply when needed.”

“We used Progress Consulting for a Level 2 Survey on a house purchase. They are very efficient and easy to deal with, their communication is great, we told them which estate agent we were using and when we would like the survey to be done. They responded quickly went out within the week and the report, as promised, came back within 5 working days. The report is comprehensive and professional, I would definitely recommend this company and use them again.”

“After the results, I received lots of calls and emails that I didn't want, for services hugely overpriced in comparison to competitors - I saw no option to supress calls; if there was, it should be more obvious. Added stress to an already stressful situation. Other than this however, it worked well.”

“- Booked a level 2 survey and valuation, received surveyor report only - The quotation was £360, requested me to pay £430 before the service, without any negociation, explanation, or prior notice - The surveyor came 2 weeks after the agreed date, until I called him about the absence”
