“As promised,I was sent quotes immediately by surveyors. Wouldn’t say they were too local but I suppose that’s my local surveyor’s faults! All good quotes, have used one of them but yet to carry out report as only instructed today.”

“A joke. Selected 3 totally useless surveyors with no local connection to the property.”

“Required a local surveyor for the purchase of a flat. After looking at the selected surveyors offered by LBS we decided on Peak Home Survey and was very happy with the speed of response, quality and professionalism offered by PHS and would recommend their services to anyone looking for a surveyor around and near South Yorkshire.”

“I was really impressed how quick and easy it was to find a local RICS surveyor. Our Homebuyers Report was completed within a week of using this service. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the search only identified one possible surveyor and I would have liked to compare prices. Thank you.”
