“1) Requested quote to website on Monday afternoon. 2) Received one from MKN within half an hour. 3) Appointment made for Thursday morning 4) Received a comprehensive (12 page) valuation on Sunday evening. All in all: a very satisfactory experience.”

“Total waste of time ! Neither of the 2 surveyors got in touch. I sent an email after a week and this came back a day later saying undeliverable ! You need to get your site properly updated! You have the time now after all !! No excuses re the lockdown as people can still respond and some surveyors are still working keeping social distancing in mins ! We've sorted out our own surveyors now with the help of estate agents who manage do fo their job efficiently even in these difficult times. I guess you need to sort your site out !!”

“We contacted our local building surveyor and he immediately responded with email . Very informative and thorough with work carried out. Extremely helpful and polite and the finished report was to extremely high standard and was clear on any points which was raised for concern and points that required work before purchase. No money was required until full satisfaction of report and price of our particular survey carried out was very competitive priced. Overall extremely satisfied...would certainly recommend.”

“Hello, The website was quite helpful in offering a number of local surveyors. However, given the current situation, we chose not to take our enquiries any further as we didn't want to pay for a property survey and later find that we were maybe not able to complete our move.”
