“Looking for a surveyor in Swansea we were presented with only one suggestion. Each of us got the same result - but different prices were quoted. To cap it all, we have been plagued with follow up texts which we can't stop. Poor...”

“The website is pretty easy to use and I was quickly be contacted by a chartered surveyor. However, the surveyors weren’t actually that local to me and were also booked up for about 6 weeks. In short, your best off using google maps to find surveyors close by, checking their website to see if they are chartered and contacting them to find out their availability.”

“None of the surveys offered would give me the information that i required, which was regards any load bearing walls. The property is a doer upper so i am aware of the jobs that need doing so £600 to tell me what i already know is a non starter.”

“All the responses led to the same company but with different fees quoted. In the end they all responded from the same phone number with the highest quote and longest lead time. Not impressed!”

“You sent me Easton Bevins. I was expecting more than one option. I contacted them wanting a survey of my house. I don't have plans to sell it but do intend to live in it in retirement and wanted to know it was structurally sound. The surveyor I got through to said he would get someone to phone back. He never did”

“I didn't realise they would send all my information to every surveyor on their list, including my phone number and email. I've been contacted by so many people by text and Email! I did get a survey booked, and the information was useful.”

“Rather a waste of time. I'm looking for someone to check a long garden wall for possible tree root damage. All the replies I had offered me a full building survey, it was as if no-one had actually read my enquiry and I was simply receiving an automated response. Didn't work for me.”

“Response to my initial enquiry was very prompt. After a couple of emails asking for details of what I wanted and a card receipt for the payment, I have heard nothing. Not a dicky bird. So, initial communication good, thereafter very poor. Don’t know who my surveyor is. Has the survey been done? Where is the report?”
