“Easy to use website. I was contacted very quickly by a surveyor willing to do the work and provided with an estimate. I didn't actually use the surveyor as our circumstances had changed and we were not ready to employ anyone for the work.”

“It was easy to find a local surveyor using Local Building Surveyors. We needed a surveyor near Cambridge and chose Edward Shepherd Associates. We were very pleased with how easy it was to find a local surveyor and with the thorough report they provided.”

“sorry to say we are still waiting for the survey”

“Of the three recommendations given, I contacted 2 different Surveyors. The first was booked-up and couldn't complete the Survey in the timeframe I wanted. The second was also busy, but was able to complete the Survey sooner. He performed a thorough Survey, gave a detailed verbal report ahead of the written report, which informed my decision to withdraw from that particular property purchase. Exactly what I needed from a Surveyor.”
