“I selected a Local surveyor from the list available and contacted him directly. Arrangements have been extremely flexible I have been extremely happy with any undertakings. The (RICS) survey type has been selected and the terms agreed. He has yet to undertake the actual survey due to our purchase delays etc. But I will definitely instruct as soon as possible knowing he is just a phone call away and is awaiting my call.”

“Never used a surveyor before, so unsure where to start. However this website was so simple, put a postcode in, and away we go. Came back with contact details of 5/6 local surveyors, contacted 2 and picked one who could meet our short timelines. Fully comprehensive report supplied and talked through in detail. Overall very pleased.”

“The system worked very well. We were approached by three surveyors and selected one, Mr O Rotimi from London. We engaged him on August 27th and the survey was conducted in Kenilworth on September 5th with the results emailed to us on the 21st after payment had been made. Mr Rotimi also agreed, at extremely short notice, to conduct a structural survey of our home as a surveyors report for our buyers had revealed some problems which needed to be rectified. We are very grateful for him inconveniencing himself to enable us to get a survey done in a hurry and to allow us to find a builder able to do the repairs very shortly.”

“Found a good surveyor locally that fit our requirements. Would have liked to have option for my details not to be sent to companies where I requested an indicative quote especially as i have no control over who they sent this to - they just sent to the two cheapest (both of which weren’t all that local and I didn’t use). If I could have opted out of this I couldn’t see where this was so seemed well hidden.”
