“Easy to pin down a surveyor, great when I needed to put a hold on the survey (vendor changed their mind). Good at redirecting the engagement to a different property, however, It has been over 7 working days and there is still no report. Hence the 3 stars”

“I am not used to or familiar with writing reviews of any kind but the Local Building Surveyors have invited me to comment on my online experience and I find this difficult to respond to because I do not believe that individuals such as me - who are completely unqualified to comment - are invited to do so.
