All looked great on the website. I asked for structural survey building quotes, however was the spammed via email and call for standard building quotes which then almost doubled in price when I stated (again) that I needed a structural one.
The responses were quick to be fair to the companies, however I felt like I had just given away all my details for nothing. I didn't instruct any of them to carry out the structural survey as they were all more expensive than I had been given elsewhere and the incorrect quote initially left a sour taste.
