“Easy to deal with and good expertise. I didn’t give 5 stars because of the pressure to upsell to mortgage protection at every point in my customer journey. Whilst I appreciate the offer you were made to feel it was mandatory and it isn’t. So quit with the upselling.”

“They kept me informed of the full end to end process and were helpful at trying to sort everything out. The only downside is that towards the end they didn’t have clear deadlines from the actual loan company often leading to me being unclear on next steps”
