“Very helpful all of the staff that I had dealings with. Speady , friendly service. Kym kept me updated throughout the whole process and also informed me of the home collection service which was very useful. She also referred us to a life insurance broker who was able to offer us a policy which was able to cover the mortgage and the new loan. Very efficient service.”

“The life insurance man Richard was really helpful and friendly. He would have received 5 stars but unfortunately the loan application people weren’t quite so efficient and the constant repetition of paperwork requests were tiresome and therefore pulled the overall score down. But on the whole we were pleased.”

“Had a couple of teething issues that were sorted along the way, but a massive appreciation for the service received from Richard. He was thorough, professional and polite, and a general pleasure to work with. He helped with a lot of my questions, and didnt over complicate things for me by using jargon and he made sure that he did the best he could for me in any way possible. He, himself deserves 5 stars. Thanks Richard :)”

“The process was easy from start to finish. Fees were a little steep, but the reason for going to Loan.co.uk is that I was struggling to find a lender, even though I had excellent credit scores, but complicated finances due to several Buy to let properties.”
