“We were referred by a mortgage advisor, Spencer contacted us quickly with a phone call and kept us informed of progress. Once we were further along Sakshi took over and was amazing with emails, phone calls and advice.”

“The process was easy from start to finish. Fees were a little steep, but the reason for going to Loan.co.uk is that I was struggling to find a lender, even though I had excellent credit scores, but complicated finances due to several Buy to let properties.”

“I would highly recommend this company. They never gave up trying to get me the loan I needed. They have saved me money and given me my long awaited dream kitchen. Particular thanks goes to Billy in the early stages and Lauren throughout the final stages. Both were very patient with me being so IT illiterate.”
