“We needed a mortgage sorted quickly due to our house sale moving quickly. Gareth Hutchings was nothing short of fantastic throughout and turned around our information ridiculously quickly to help us secure a mortgage. Following this he kept us updated throughout a stressful period and was always on hand to help if we needed something. Honestly.. give this chap a pay rise - he’s brilliant. We also spoke with Eleanor Strang throughout this process and like Gareth was brilliant. As nervous house buyers we did have moments of random questions but these were always dealt with professionally and calmly.”

“Really excellent service. Everyone that we dealt with was patient and helpful, and queries were responded to very quickly. Thank you to James for providing so many different quotes for us. Thank you also to Alanah and Lauren who processed all of our documents and answered our questions so promptly. This was a huge decision for us and felt quite scary, but the team helped us to feel reassured.”

“Awful - took 2x mortgage product payments and they simply do not care afterwards to rectify the double payment issue. Need to constantly chase it up until it was resolved.”
