“My loan situation turned out to be far more complex than expected, but thanks to the determination and persistence of the team—especially Ben S.—we managed to get it over the line. It did take some time, but in the end, I secured the loan I needed to finish our build , a granny annex for my mother-in-law. Ben went above and beyond throughout the process, and I’m incredibly grateful for his help. I also want to give a big shout-out to Emma H, who truly pushed the boat out and showed real dedication. The whole team was hard-working, always available on the phone, and maintained excellent communication from start to finish. Thank you all so much!”

“I cannot rate Loan.co.uk highly enough, specifically Scott and Charlotte who managed everything through to a formal offer and worked so hard and so quickly doing so. We were originally planning to go through another company who secured us an 8% rate (on a house I owned outright) and a further £3000 broker fee which would be added to the loan WE were going to be paying interest on! I contacted Loan.co.uk to see if that’s the best we could do, as it seemed unbelievably high for our circumstances, and within a few hours, Scott found 3 lenders who not only beat the interest rate, but the only fee was their £900 broker fee. Since that first point of contact, every email has been answered within a couple of hours, and they have kept us updated consistently throughout the process. Charlotte took over half way through and she is the happiest, kindest person I’ve ever had the fortune of dealing with over the phone. Nothing was too much for either of them and they are both a credit to the business. Thank you both!”

“Sharn was simply amazing guiding me every step of the way. Got my loan agreed and processed quickly with no issues at all. Kept my mind at rest. Can not thank her enough. “Can't recommend highly enough. Kari and the team helped us with a mortgage. The only cost to us was there broker fee. The mortgage was a good interest rate better than we thought possible as we are almost pensioners! Nothing was too much trouble and Kari responds straight away to any emails or phone queries. All sorted very quickly a 5 star service.”

“The service we received was amazing 👏 from Enamul and Alice. They explained everything clearly in open and honesty. They managed to identify a lender to remortgage our current house and buy a smaller house because we wanted to downsize and out the big one for rental. Alice is so passionate, ringing checking on the progress , communicating with our conveyencers and advising us. We really appreciate your team work, we felt loved, valued and we admire your impeccable standards. You are amazing you made our dream come true we love you guys. “Every member of staff was courteous and knowledgeable. Never did I feel I was a nuisance. Both Eleanor and Jamie were clear in there explanations and prompt with contact and replies. If they said they would do something they did it. Eleanor in particular went above and beyond. Reassuring me when things got complex.”
