“Tim arranged our protection cover and delivered an excellent service throughout. He was professional, approachable, and took the time to really understand what we needed. He explained everything clearly, offered thoughtful advice and guidance, and tailored the options to suit us. He was also happy to adjust quotes without hesitation to help us find the best fit. I wouldn’t hesitate to use his service again.”

“Rhian and the team were fantastic from start to finish, they worked really hard to find something that was workable for us. “I was extremely impressed with the service I received throughout the process. Firstly, I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Chelsea Hobbs, who was consistently available, highly professional, and proactive. Chelsea ensured that all relevant parties were followed up promptly, which significantly expedited the process. Secondly, I found Loan Direct very easy to contact. Calls were answered promptly, and all staff members were courteous and helpful at all times. Thirdly, as this was my first experience obtaining a bridging loan, I initially felt like a complete novice. However, the clear advice and guidance I received throughout instilled a strong sense of confidence and trust. Overall, I have no negative feedback to provide.”
