“I can safely say that our house purchase would have DEFINITELY fallen through, had it not been for the fact that Sam, Hollie and team at Loan.co.uk being so helpful, diligent, and just well, so on the ball, despite failings from just about everyone else, including a solicitor involved, being wound down / investigated a DAY before the house purchase completion! They managed to tie it all together, GREAT communications - Sam pulled out all of the stops initially, under a VERY tight deadline, and Hollie has been absolutely amazing! - both are an absolute credit to this company, helping us to overcome every obstacle thrown at us... Regardless of whichever lender you go with via these guys, rest assured that in my experience, they are EXCELLENT, customer-centric (Not just £££-centric!) brokers / advisors... I am honestly over the moon with the level and professionalism of service, and empathy received during what has been, for various other unfortunate reasons, a nightmare of a buying process!
