“I would like to thank Tim for his excellent service in providing me with an income protection policy. He broke all the 'jargon' down in a way which was easily understandable and explained the process and and all the details very thoroughly. What I thought may have been a stressful experience was made a breeze by Tim's patience and professionalism. “This transaction has been complicated and protracted. Unforeseen hitches arose and caused delays which were very nerve wracking for me. The house we are purchasing is in Scotland and there was always the possibility that the vendor would withdraw due to the delays. Nadine Titus has been in touch constantly. She guided me through all of the steps to a successful conclusion. Her calm assurances have been really helpful. I would definitely recommend the services of loan.co.uk. My initial contact was with Lyndsey. Her competent and friendly approach made me comfortable with Loan.co.uk. I approached a number of other potential brokers and chose Loan.co.uk because of the speed of response and great communication.”

“This is the best mortgage company that anybody could deal with and I can’t recommend them enough! First, we had a second charge sorted by Abby and Joddie, followed be a remortgage which was handled faultlessly by Emma B and Ami. They went the ‘extra mile’ to help even when it wasn’t their responsibility. We had struggled with other mortgage advisers who couldn’t find a deal but Loan.co.uk had it arranged seamlessly. We now have a mortgage with a great interest rate, cleared some debt and are able to carry out the home improvements that we have wanted to do for some time. Thanks again. Colin & Charlotte”
