“I had no idea how to go about re-mortgaging my home, and was in need of help and guidance, especially as my circumstances were not straight forward. The advisor I spoke to, Rebecca, couldn't have been more helpful. She took time to explain everything, making sure that I understood what was happening every step of the way, and in a way the I understood. She searched to get me the best deal, and then did extra work to get me an even better one. Thanks to her patience, kindness and consideration, I now have the money I need to do the jobs that I need to do. I can't thank her, or the whole team enough. They have been so helpful, and not pushy, they have spoken to me plainly, and kept me informed via phone and email.”

“I generally don't do reviews but this time i must from first contact with Cassy to closing with Lucy i can not fault this company and its staff for a level of service that went above and beyond they kept me informed at all times of what was happening and made the hole thing so easy and did it so fast so i wish Cassy Lucy and Paul and the rest of this company the best and they will be my first phone call if ever need their services again”

“I found loan.co.uk on Google search, Robbie and the team done fantastic job. My mortgage isn't easy , straightforward mortgage. After I spoke to Robbie, November last year , I knew I will hear good new at the end. Yes of course, I was offered the mortgage yesterday. I don't know how to thanks for Robbie and the team. “I initially dealt with Spencer upon first getting in touch with Loan.co.uk, I have to say I am very impressed. This guy really knows his stuff, he took 2 hours on a Saturday morning to go through everything with me and understand my needs. Natrually I shopped around a bit, but Spencer was able to make a deal work for me where others failed. I just hope he still works there should I ever need this kind of service again! I was then asigned a case manager (Lauren) who quickly and efficently saw my loan through to completion. Thanks again for your help guys, would not hesitate to recommend and use again.”
