“LMF have been very attentive, flexible and courteous throughout the whole process. From Emily and James who organised everything through to the surveyor, electrician (Dean) and joiner all were polite and efficient. Only down side was more information on the scale of equipment in the roof beforehand would have been useful - it takes up a lot of space. Also more information on how the system works at time of installation would be helpful. To the uninitiated the app is a bit mind boggling.”

“LMF were easy to deal with, open with every step of the process and I would recommend them to any who ask about solar installations. All the staff were barely noticeable as they went about their tasks and polite and friendly.”

“From the initial phone call to the installation of the solar panels everyone was friendly and professional. The panels were installed in a few hours without to much distribution in the house and afterwards I was given a good explanation on how best to utilise them.Any queries Ihad were dealt with quickly. As an added bonus on a sunny day I can get my washing done for free”

“The different teams involved in the installation of our solar panels were very competent & professional. A year since the panels are working well. I’ve taken a star off as the coordination of the various teams was rather chaotic.”

Hi Deborah , I'm so pleased to hear that your system is working well and I can only apologise if you found the process chaotic at times . We often work with companies who are independent from our business such as scaffolders and very occasionally things don't run as smoothly as they could so I'm really sorry if you were affected by this . We have heavily invested in our teams and training over the past year to ensure our customers are not affected by the rapid growth of our Solar department. “All the paper work was achieved with the minimum of fuss. Installers came, sorted out a previously unknown problem immediately, and carried o the work as planned, without just saying, ‘sorry can’t be done ’ . Thank you for that.. Don’t really see a change in my electricity bill though!”

Hi Mrs Kay , A Triple measure ! We love installing these jobs because they have the most impact , not only on the reduction of carbon emissions but also on the reduction of your energy bills . With newly insulated walls , efficient heaters and Solar panels to run them to should really notice a significant difference which is what ECO4 was designed to do .
