“Good service, great stystem and ibstall was very fast and was made to feel relaxed the whole way through but wouod of been nice if someobe explained to me how tge sytem worked incase was ever needed other than that excellent from start to finish”

“Our experience of having solar panels installed was generally good but LMF said they were short of staff and communication was a bit erratic as a result. Installation was undertaken efficiently by very pleasant, professional staff. Our system seems very good and the software provided allows us to monitor generation and use. Even on winter days we can generate a useful amount of electricity. Our only disappointment was the high charge (£500) we received for installing bird protection wire - only a 12 minute job with a narrow run of wire netting. Even the installer told us it should be no more than £50. We have asked for this to be re-considered.”

Good Morning William , Firstly I'd like to thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us . Our Solar department was slightly short staffed during November and December manly due to illness within the team and I'm really sorry if our communication wasn't up to usual standards . Secondly I'd like to address your comments regarding the cost of bird proofing . This is a standard charge and we are actually priced competitively when compared across the industry . I can only apologise for the comments that were made by the installer who would not have had any idea on the variation of costs and factors we take into consideration when determining our pricing structure . With that being said we have very recently revaluated and slightly reduced the cost of our bird proofing due to a change in materials and would be willing to offer you a partial refund on this occasion as a goodwill gesture. I'm really happy to hear that you are already enjoying the benefits of having your solar system fitted . Solar panels are a very worthwhile investment and you will see far more significant savings during what we all hope will be a lovely summer ! I'd also like to thank you for the lovely comments you've made about our install team despite not being 100% satisfied with our service. All customer feedback is incredibly important to us and we like to think that , although we don't get things right all of the time we do listen to our customers and implement change and improvements wherever necessary . “Had some initial problems with scaffolding availability,but fitted quickly.Dont yet know how efficient they are yet because of electricity prices. Also no storage battery supplied”

We do try to ensure the scaffold companies we work with stick to our install programmes as closely as possible but as they are independent from our Business we don't really have control over any delays etc; At present there is no funding available for Battery Storage however we can give you a separate quote for this so please drop us a line if you require any further assistance. “We have had the installation and air vents fitted, happy with the work that's been completed, but not keen on the window air vents themselves. Dave the Carpenter was brilliant and went the extra mile but maybe a bit more communication from LMF would of been nice, overall happy and would recommend.”

“Had solar panels fitted last Wednesday, Happy with what I can see, very friendly, worked very clean but I haven’t hard anymore but when the scaffolding will be removed. It’s been a week tomorrow since the job was completed”

“Efficient, concentrated use of manpower. Multiple teams worked to achieve the installation, intense yet all were respectful and hard working. The logistics dept seemed tight and efficient, everything went well and the installation is in and working. Minor logistical missteps born out of early visit misinformation were handled well and did not impede the installation, or the end result. Glad I'd had my coffee and my brain switched on for the installation so it ran smoothly.”

“LMF seem to be a very good company. The Installation went well, although one of their Fitters, told me that our Energy Company(British Gas), would be contacting us, regarding the Installation of the Solar Panels. Today, approx two months later, LMF phoned me and asked if we were happy with the Installation? I said "Yes" and asked when my Energy Company will be contacting us? Claire said that "I" need to contact British Gas, quoting a special Code Number, that is on Page 13 of their Completion Pack. Now I know this, I will contact British Gas. Thanks LMF and thank you Claire, you are a real asset to LMF!”
