“Very pleased with the service provided and functioning of the panels. Installation carried out on time and all the people involved were professional and courteous. Would recommend. Paperwork for registering to receive payment for generated electricity seemed to take a while to come through but maybe this is normal.”

“The electrical fitters were very polite and helpful but I think it would be beneficial to householder if they were warned that there could be some mess so that flooring,carpets could be covered. The men did clean up after themselves so the rooms they worked in were left quite clean tidy.”

“Fitted quickly and removed all rubbish. Carefully installed and care taken in loft. Only negative is my double socket in cellar dosent work anymore as i think they may have disconnected when fitting meter in next to it. My energy bills for gas have been low so must be doing their job pity battery storage wasn't included as would have been useful.”

“A really good product with great professionals. My only issue was the scaffolding was up for a long time as a different team were responsible for it. I have seen a big drop in my electric bills. Also the admin staff were always pleasant & helpful.”

“The customer service was excellent if needed they called back, advisors however were knowledgeable, professional, polite and courteous the initial survey to ascertain requirements was clear and the work in installing my solar panels was done with no delays.”

We do endeavour to partner with companies who offer the same level of customer care as we do so it doesn't sit well with us when our customers are unhappy with a service that we cant control and I will personally look into this further .
