“Bed is great but the courrier used is awful! No warning that they will deliver, then give you a few hours notice, then nobody turns up (after waiting 6 hours for nothing), then no updates and finally gets delivered 2 days later to my elderly neighbour while we are hundreds of miles away. Shame about this as I can’t faut the products.”

“Excellent customer service throughout. I could always get straight through to someone on the phone when needed. The Fargo bunk bed and trundle we received are of a very high quality and worth the price. The mattresses are again high quality with great support but comfy too, my children sleep extremely well in their new beds. We had our beds assembled too, this was done well and worth the extra money.”

“Right from the start, the company were helpful and gave sound advice regarding the product and delivery information. They were extra helpful regarding the idea of delivering to Scotland in a tight timeframe prior to Christmas which based on previous experience with other companies, I was dubious as to whether it could be accomplished. But I was astonished when after less than a week after ordering the Fargo small double bed with under bed trundle bed, that the delivery company could deliver within 2 days!! Amazing!! And we couldn’t have been more delighted with the end product. The Fargo is well made and beautiful piece of furniture that will last us well into her teens and provide lots of sleepover fun! Many thanks to you guys for making Christmas!”

“Brilliant, the high sleeper bed in penswick blue is extremely high quality in every aspect, even the slats. Customer service went above and beyond to get it to me in time for xmas after another company let me down. They called me, emailed me with updates. You definitely get what you pay for, a beautiful bed a brilliant company to deal with.”

“I ordered the classic beech bunk with the trundle , i must say that this is a solid bunk bed, very sturdy and looks premium quality. My two boys love it, they are 6 and 4 years old. The ladder rungs are really wide for easy climbing. I have done alot of research and looking around different retailers for a good solid bunk, in the end i went for this one, as i wasn’t too convinced on the mediocre bunks that were available, not cheap either. This product isn’t exactly cheap, but i was willing to pay good money for good quality, beechwood over pine any day. The paint work is smooth, not sure on the longevity of it, but the finish is at a really good standard. I ordered 2 high bed pocket sprung mattresses, i must say i had a lie down and it is comfy. The only negative i would say is that the distance between the 2 bunks is only 70cm, which means not too much room for a bigger child, but my 4 year old can sit comfortably without his head touching the top bunk, and my 6 year old can also sit up but his head gets close to the top bunk, with that said, make sure you get the high bed mattress if you do decide to buy mattresses from little folks as these are only 15cm thick, which is perfect without taking away any comfort leaving just enough room. I would highly recommend.”

“I purchased two Fargo single beds for my children. The quality of these items are amazing and well worth the price. I also purchased the trundle to go underneath the beds as l have limited space. These trundles are huge and able to hold all my children’s clothing with extra room to spare . Overall l am very pleased with my items from Little Folks Furniture and do recommend them.”

“After lots of looking around I went with little folks furniture as I wanted a really sturdy well made bed. The beds are perfect nice and solid, easy enough for someone to put together. My 2 and 4 year old slept great and love the new beds. I’ve marked down as I feel they have a lot to work on in customer service. First time ordering from them and even though I love the beds I wouldn’t order again as I dont think they would deal with the problem quickly or fairly. My delivery was a shambles and part of the items didn’t show up. (Which would of been fine if sorted correctly) After emailing I felt I was told I was lying about the parts not showing up. (Why would a customer want part of a bed) The email said they had sent out all 4 parts of the bed and it said it was delivered.. This should not have been the response of someone telling you a part was missing.. Well you may have sent them but not all was delivered… I phoned and spoke to someone after this as couldn’t deal with email.. and it was resolved as it had stated the delivery company had messed up and would re- deliver but not a easy job as the delivery company had closed the delivery and don’t know when delivery would be or how long. Well if items are missing it should be down to you not the person who brought the bed or delivery YOU should send a new part for delivery as soon as you can and then sort with your delivery company to get other parts back to you.. I feel once someone has brought your beds you have no care over them or the product which is such a shame. You step up on this and you could be such a good little company.”

Dear Gemma, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave a review. - We’re so pleased that you’re really happy with the beds, and we hope that your children enjoy them for many years to come. Having read the notes on the order, we can see that there was a mistake at the courier stage, whereby as you state, three packages were delivered to you initially, instead of four. Occasionally (though luckily not often), parcels can go missing in transit, and so our first port of call is to investigate with the courier, and check that it isn’t still in their local depot. The second stage if there is no luck in finding the missing parcel would be to send out another, however this takes longer to reach the customer than finding the original parcel at the local depot, which is why we always investigate with the courier first. Luckily in this instance, the courier was able to locate the missing parcel, meaning that there was no need to wait longer for another to be sent. We hope that this clears up any concerns and we apologise for any inconvenience caused, and if you do have any other queries or feedback, please don’t hesitate to get back in touch. “Very good service from order to delivery. We opted for the 2-man delivery and they contacted us timely and delivered to my daughters house at the time agreed. The bunks (classic beech with trundle in dove grey) are really solid and extremely well made. Our grandsons are delighted with their new bunks and as the beds also separate they should last many years.”

“I’ve built more flat pack furniture than I can remember and it’s something that I don’t look forward to. They usually come with poor instructions, or the fittings are a struggle and the whole structure is flimsy. I honestly can say it was quite enjoyable building the bunk beds for my grandchildren. The quality of the materials and fittings were very good as well as the instructions. A very sturdy piece of kit that my grandchildren love 💕. Thank you Littlefolks .”

“Wooden bunkbed is very well made, chunky and sturdy. Easy to put up, looks impressive. However the paint chips very easily! Customer service did send us a little pot of paint for cover ups, but for children’s furniture the paint shouldn’t chip that easily!”

“After shopping around for ages and not being happy with with flimsy-framed bunks elsewhere (including at high-end stores), I bought bunk beds from here for my girls. Absolutely solid, well-made, lovely looking beds. Absolutely delighted with them! I don’t usually write reviews but even two years on I can’t fault these! No creaks, nothing. I am writing this review as I recently moved house and through no fault of the company I split one side of the base of the bed when dismantling (was dropped). I called up to ask if there were any spare parts as I love the beds so much, I didn’t want to replace them. Oh my goodness- the after sales service is absolutely FIVE STARS! Not a problem, the gentleman was more concerned with making the bed safe for my children as the side was a supporting structure. Not a problem to help me, spare parts were made and sent out quickly at a very decent cost. Put it all together yesterday- absolutely perfect. Can’t thank this company enough. If you want beautiful but safe beds for your children from safe hands - this is the place to buy! I wish everywhere sold a product this good and the service before and after sale is just excellent! 100% recommended!!!”
