“Great shampoo, would be better if there was a conditioner bar to use as hair can feel a little dry after use. Also, a smaller bar would also be useful for travel.”

“Feel lost without a supply of Organic Pure Rose Geranium and Organic Pure Lavender. It is the best soap that I have ever used. It smells beautiful and is so kind to skin and the environment. Nothing better exists.”

“So far, so good. The sensitive facial soap is good for me, but not for my girlfriend who has ultra-sensitive skin. The soaps are good quality and they smell great. The goods were shipped promptly and arrived in good condition. Overall very happy!”

“I have been buying my Little Soap Company soaps from Waitrose. I am trying to avoid shopping in big shops so wondered if I could buy my soaps from online. I was delighted to see they do have a web shop. Excellent! I also bought some other of their products that I can't find at Waitrose. I bought loads for me and also to have as a little luxury present to post to friends I am missing. The concentrated Rose Geranium Bath bubble bath is wonderful! I love it. So glad I found your web shop. Thank you. Delivery and packaging were without problem. (The parcel smelled exquisite, too!”

“Delivery came on time. The soaps are very good quality. I purchased the avocado soap and the olive oil soap which are recommended for sensitive skin and they have massively reduced the eczema on my hands. Would highly recommend”

“Misleading advertisement promised a free bar of soap when £30.00 was spent. Spent over £32.00 including postage. No free bar of soap. Promised free sample with every order. No free sample included. E-mailed query but response unsatisfactory.”

So very sorry indeed to hear of this dispatch error, and the fact the response didn't rectify things satisfactorily for you. We have sent you a private message as we would like to look into this problem again for you. Excellent and timely delivery service is very important to us as part of our customer service, and it's disappointing to hear you didn't receive that from us.

We're able to say now that the response related to the level of spend, so the order was not eligible, just to confirm this: "We do offer a free bar of soap with all orders over £30, that applies when over £30 of products has been ordered. Looking at your order it was £27.94 plus postage. If the products ordered goes over £30 there is a selection part on the website ordering process where you choose which free bar of soap you would like, this does not appear until the £30 minimum order has been placed. Sorry for any confusion this may have caused." We hope this clarification is helpful to others reading the reviews.
