“The soaps were a gift so I cannot yet comment about them but they look nice and smell lovely from what I experienced while wrapping them. The website was easy to use and order from. The only issue I had was that I did not get a confirmation email or communication for dispatch. This was fine I did consider contacting however the item turned up quickly and there were no issues so I wasn't too bothered and it might have been a tech hitch.”

“the soap-- lavender citrus, lavender and rose geranium have fresh authentic scents and feel wonderful on the hand --gloriously soft foam--even in hard water: leaving the skin clean and soft. I first found your soap at Sainsbury's in Whitstable, then once I went in and it was no longer there; the manager couldn't say whether it would be back, but, having saved a last bar, I then found you online, ordering twice, giving it to friends. It's just lovely. I rarely buy products online and never (personal) products I don't know, so as a customer I would only have found out about it from seeing and purchasing it "in store". Now I'll always buy it. Previously, the brand I bought was the (French) soap Roger & Gallet, partly for the scent (both lavender and rose geranium), but also for the quality: your soap is (even) better. The quality of the packaging, the design and typeface might benefit from some re-think: they should reflect the unique quality of the product.”
