Hi Gill, We're very sorry that you've decided to award several one star reviews due to postage times, which is not something fully in our control, especially over Bank Holiday and all the strains on the postal service due to COVID-19. “I bought this soap for my daughter as she has eczema and she hasn't started to use it yet. I was very disappointed with the ordering. I felt my order had disappeared as I had no confirmation of the order or if dispatched unlike other suppliers. If my daughter hadn't said she had received it I would still be wondering what was happening. But I have to say that the soap was received within a week of ordering which is excellent.”

“I bought the camomile soap for my a lady friend who has sensitive skin she adores it. I bought th charcoal soap for me and find it extremely invigorating. I would recommend these products readily. It was easy to order and delivery was very prompt.”

“Excellent customer service , my parcel arrived very quickly . The soaps are lovely but I particularly love my grapefruit and orange handwash . Beautiful fragrance and lathers really well . Will definitely be buying some more products .”
