“I always place my orders online so there is no customer / staff contact. Having said that I always find the whole process very easy and deliveries are made promptly. The carrier is a regular one and we normally get the same very obliging driver. The only problem is that we don't always get a Lion bar in the package !1”

“This is a gift so don't have feedback on actually using the contents. However the service was excellent, goods arrived quickly. My only criticism is the packaging. I try to be as plastic free as I can, and felt this was over packaged.”

“I have to give 4* as most of framing was damaged from delivery sector when it arrived! They were very professional and got a rush order which arrived next day, no fussing. Shame about the damage, but great customer service. Their frames are very nice”

“Minimum of 10 sheets mixed sheet material is for us a disadvantage,however I do appreciate the rationale. The free delivery curtain seems very fair. Surprised that collection facility has been removed totally.”

“Framing itself was perfect, but the delivery company used by Lion were very poor - the “overnight” delivery took from Wednesday evening until the following Tuesday evening. Apparently we live towards the end of the delivery route and if there is stuff left on the van at knocking off time then tough! Of course, the same thing happens the next day, and so-on. In theory this means that it could be possible that the delivery may never be made! This is a shame as the frame was just what was needed.”

“If the product you want is in stock then the Chop Service is great and delivery excellent. Unfortunately, the turn over of styles of frame means that it is impossible to keep getting the same moulding. I used to use gerstaecker duo which is now out of stock so that's that.”

“Great customer service great company, brilliant products, would just recommend using a little stronger packaging on moulding deliveries. The ends of the packaging gets hammered!”
