5 chop frames ordered at 2pm and delivered in 22 hours, remarkably quick, hope staff are working fair hours to acheive this. Frames very well cut, mm accurate and assemble perfectly, packaging excellent. Overall very pleased. Lost 1 star for the website conducting personal profiling, ad tracking and facebook reporting.

A great company let down by their couriers. Two attempts at delivery both damaged but they got the product to me in the end and in the nick of time on the third attempt. Pleasant, helpful staff and great products.

Customer service is generally helpful and polite. Prices rise without any pre-warning, leaving the framer to take the lose. Delivery is always quick. Warehouse stock is quite often faulty and/or damaged prior to shipping

On the whole, Lion are a very good company. Only 4 stars this time though because items were missing on my order. However, they were quick to send out replacements.

First class service and good communication when mat cutter didn’t arrive. My only request would be change your transport company, they were appalling. They give no communication and when questioned didn’t know where the parcel was. Mat cutter finally arrived with a guy doing freelance work for them. I’m sure you will agree this isn’t very good. Pleased with the service from Lion, put my order in on Friday lunchtime and wasn't expecting it until Thursday due to a bank holiday, but arrived Tuesday. My only issue was that the package was really heavy and difficult to unpack.

The service and products are first class, less than 24 hours from order to delivery. My only criticism is about the rough handling of the mount board package, see photos for details of damage. Three boards were damaged but only one was scrapped. Suggest you tell your delivery company to take with the handling and storage.

The order arrived yesterday 16th May in rather a battered state. On checking DX's parcel tracking service, I noticed that the parcel had been loaded onto the van twice - on the 13th and 16th. I have a video of the parcel on arrival and a screenprint of the tracking service. Otherwise, the contents were well-packed with no damage. Might be worth a chat with DX... Regards Keith Dickinson

Fast delivery and great service, however, the box was bent which made me think that my mountboard might have been creased which in turn would have made it all unusable. This was not the case thankfully.

Good turnaround, delivery made twice (small items followed by frames). Ironic since I delayed order of small items due to high delivery costs. Maybe reduce delivery costs for small items? I would use your services more frequently. Products great.

The product is excellent and well packaged. However no delivery timeframe was provided by the courier (DX) and consequently delivery occurred while I was out. The package was left down the side of the house and no note was left to inform me. I therefore discovered the package by accident. The subsequent delivery email showed as being signed for which is a blatant lie. Suggest you contract with a reliable courier.

Very swift delivery, ordered before 12.00 and arrived the next day. Not enough packing in the box though every thing had slammed together in transit and damaged some of the tape rolls.

Excellent service and very pleased with the quality of the frame mouldings. Ordered and received the next day by DX - also very good delivery experience. I have withheld a star due to the amount of plastic and bubble wrap. I wrap paintings in corrugated cardboard and eco tape.

I have ordered multiple times from LION and they are always very fast and efficient. There is a good selection of mountboards and mouldings, and they always have the stock I require. I knocked a star off as this time my moulding order was almost 40% more than ordered (due to the policy of rounding up to the nearest length, which I accept) and some of it was damaged. Given I had more moulding than required it didn't affect my onward sale, however, when you pay for the extra length it is frustrating that some of it is unusable.

On the whole very pleased with the service received from Lion, however recently I seem to have received quite a few damaged mouldings, even ones ordered via the chop service. I would expect better quality control regarding these items, as obviously this incurs a cost to Lion themselves for replacing. Having said that the customer service department has always responded quickly and efficiently!
