“Brilliant Service. I have been using chop service and impressed with the quality of mouldings, accuracy of cut and the packaging. Recently ordered Tray Moulding and would have liked more guidance on measure to achieve shadow Gap when ordering through chop Service.”

“I am always impressed by the prompt service from Lion. A recent order of mouldings arrived with some broken in transit. Their sales team contacted me straight away and arranged for another order which arrived the next day (thank you!). “I am about to open my first gallery..actually it is called Tanya Goddard's Art Salon...anyway so much work and and items to be ordered including your hanging systems. Ordered late - on a Wednesday as my carpenter would install them on Friday. But he changed his mind and came on Thursday ...was so happy that the hanging systems arrived the same day...excellent service thank you. But I must add that I found your w/site far too complicated...needed an over an hour 'chat' to find out what I should buy maybe you should have a section for beginners - a few simple words on what to buy etc”

“Where is my order? One full week and counting and charged £14.95 for goods worth less than £100. Was told it would be here today again between 3 and 5. It's 5.20 and no surprise it's still not here.! What a pity such a great company are let down by such a dreadful delivery set-up. I expected so much more. A refund of my delivery charge really doesn't cut it at this stage. It really is hard enough to survive in business with Covid without this. Sort out your couriers Lion!”

“Just a little word of warning as the company fails to present information clearly on the product page. If you order stretcher bars or any other form of moulding you will often get a minimum quantity of about three metres. So if you order five different one metres pieces and you pay for them at checkout you will get five pieces measuring about three metres each with an invoice that has suddenly doubled. After I contacted the company the only option was to return everything all together including the lengths that I have already used. There was no understanding from the companies side at all.”

Dear Customer, thank you for your feedback. We advise customers that we round up the length as it can vary batch to batch. We add a note to the order itself at time of ordering and also on the confirmation email. Despite this, we have offered to collect the order at our expense and arrange a credit for you. “First time order. Logan studio jointer and chop frame supplied. All arrived well packaged and successfully managed to frame my painting. Very happy with my diy framing after often being disappointed with framing services I've paid for locally. Delivery was a little late but perhaps due to bank holiday and current covid problems.”

“Our delivery was not made 'next day' as we had requested- (Lion were actually helpful although we did have to make 3 phone calls to Lion to keep chasing the delivery). The courier company were at fault but its reflects on the company as always. Great frames though so thank you.”
