Overall a disappointing experience, Balance Bike was faulty on delivery. I emailed you straight away as the bike was a birthday gift and needed a quick resolution. I didn't hear back for over 2 days, you offered to collect the bike and redeliver by which time it was too late. We had to take the bike to halfords for a paid repair!

Balance bike arrived faulty, emailed straightaway as they don't speak to their customers directly on the phone to resolve, took them over 48 hours to respond. They pride themselves on being a small independent which I prefer as generally you get a better more personal customer service usually. I also like to support independents, Sadly not on this occasion! We took the bike to be repaired at an extra expense to us so we could give it to our granddaughter in time for her birthday (as explained in my email to them?!)

The product came on time. However the box was badly damaged. Luckily the product was not damaged inside. Not acceptable for something which was meant to be new and also cost over £150.

Ordered my car seat and over 2 weeks later still hadn't came they took days to answer emails and never hardly answered the phone when i rang always promised to get back to me but didn't i had to try and get hold of them again, finally I'd had enough and asked for a refund managed to get the same carseat elsewhere for the next day so i don't see what issue was

I bought the "Fisher Price Blaze and the Monster Machines Die Cast Character Assortment" which I thought would be multiple small models. However it was only 1 of the characters, and I missed the note at the bottom of the receipt where you must reply to the email to pick the character you want. So overall I found the description misleading, and couldn't then be bothered with the returns process. Delivery was quick via DPD so no issues there.

Unfortunately I didn’t have the best experience, order was delayed by 3 weeks and took a lot of chasing to find out information. Then when delivered damaged I was referred straight to manufacturer via email. Customer service and communication could definitely be improved. Pushchair itself is beautiful but wouldn’t order online again.

Didn’t receive a tracking number for delivery until a couple hours before the item got delivered meaning I missed my delivery as I was at work. When I raised my concern the responses were unprofessional and rude

The bike itself was wonderful and my grandson loved it but was disappointed to see it had a dent in the frame . Opened on the day of his birthday so didn’t have time to exchange . It should have been checked before delivery .

I would not do shopping with them again. I paid for brand new items and they came with scratches and when I contacted them, after 7 months chasing them, they gave me offer to replace one item and repair another one. If I wanted have a repaired pram I could buy second hand and much cheaper!!! So disappointed!!!

Really disappointed with this company. Ordered a car seat in January and still not received by the April. Appreciate that if they do not have the item it cannot be helped, but no communication or updates from them. Was assured item was arriving in April and when I ring for update I am told that that no they won't be receiving it. Very poor customer service and communication.

The box came with a ripped up box and there was a rip in the netting. Wasnt happy listed as new was probably second hand.

We struggled to get this delivered, it worked out on the 4th try from DPD, so not really the fault of the website. However, the crib arrived broken too and one side cannot be adjusted in high so cannot be used at all. I am currently awaiting to see how can we exchange it for a working one. We are also missing the sheet.. not the greatest start!

Order has not arrived. Dpd sent email advising it would be last Friday. It is now the following Friday and no delivery or response

My email confirmation for the order did not include a tracking number. Chased up your CS and eventually they replied with a tiny screenshot of your internal dispatch system that stated "parcel on the move". A direct link to track would be better. There are customers who could wish to postpone the delivery, or have it delivered to neighbours etc. Poor customer service. Won't be shopping here again.

After paying £12 for a Saturday delivery, the buggy wasn’t delivered to me on the Saturday as the company used do not offer Saturday deliveries. We had to take a 30 minute drive to collect the item ourselves. Please arrange for the £12 del fee to be refunded. Regards
