“Before I received this email, we were going to write to you anyway because we were so impressed with your service. We were so delighted with the incredibly rapid delivery in spite of Covid-19 (we are in the process of redesigning a few of our rooms and every other supplier we’ve used so far is suffering with delays), and your lovely handwritten note, that we went online and read your story. We loved it, and what you are trying to achieve. You have a great business run by clearly passionate, hard-working, talented people, and we’re chuffed we found you.
