“I took a rug back because it was the wrong size, they didn't have the right size so took my number and said they would let me know when it came in stock. Eventually they rang me to let me know they had larger sizes, they sent me a video of all the different colours. I paid the extra over the phone and they sent it out by courier and I received it the next day. Fantastic service”

“Although there was some unfortunate delays with the delivery , now I have it , I am really happy with my beautiful new green lamp . It is exactly what I expected.I must say that customer service is excellent at Lillian Daph and Craig sorted everything out . Thank you Craig and thank you Lillian Daph :)”

Hi, I hope you are well. Firstly I can only apologise about the delay in your delivery, this is not what we like to see at all. I have just liased with DHL myself and can see that your parcel should be with the requested service point today. Unfortunately they cannot tell me why it wasn't delivered yesterday as it should have been but some kind of delay happened within DHL.
