“Excellent, personal service from a small business. I entered the incorrect delivery address, so contacted them by email. I had a response that same day (it was a weekend) saying the address had been amended. Order delivered to correct address. Thank you! Brilliant to have prompt service and dealings with an actual person instead of a bot!”
