“Perfect product and good quick delivery. Only reason not not to give 5 stars is that a single lightbulb came in a box big enough for 2 footballs. Product safely packaged but comical sized box for the order.”

“The fitting instructions were difficult to follow but when finally installed the lamps worked well. However your choice of transportation was a disappointment. Last Friday I followed the on-line tracking. At 4:25 the indications said that the package could not be delivered and that a card had been left at 3:53. The was a complete fabrication; no one called; no note was left. It was pouring with rain at the time stated. The delivery agent was obviously lying. The package was eventually delivered, after some chasing, at about 2:00 the following Monday.”
