Tony I am sorry that your product arrived damaged, I realise this must have been an inconvenience for you. I can see from your account that the ground light was replaced in November. I can assure you our Customer Service is very important to us and I am disappointed that on this occassion it appears we have not given you the excellent service that our customers have come to expect.
