“Good communication, price and delivery. Unfortunately the bag in which the light was packaged contained some kind of brown dust which had stained the white surface. Most of it came off with a damp cloth, but not all.”

“Excellent service. Products clearly and fully explained on the web-site and despite ordering the products late one afternoon they were with me the next morning. Together with free P&P this was a particular benefit when I forgot to order one small part and had to put in a second order later. Not sure that loyalty points are well enough explained on the web-site. It was a pleasant surprise to find I had some.”
