“The lights arrived very promptly and were well packed....the lamp posts look great in the garden. The string lights are for our daughter's wedding and look lovely for what I wanted. One set didn't work but sent an email and I received a call from Lighting Direct to sort the problem out. The person who called was really helpful - these lights were reduced as an 'end of line' item and there were no more of the particular one that was faulty. However, she suggested an alternative and these arrived promptly the very next day! Brilliant service, thank you.”

“Every part of the process, from the price itself right through to the fact they didn't treat the Isle of Man as an alien planet that is too expensive to ship to was first class.
