“Ordered an outside lamp which was delivered promptly but was found to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect. Returns process was quick and simple and a replacement lamp was delivered within 2 working days. Excellent service.”

“I actually had cause to return the Milano exterior lights as the product didn?t appear as the photograph on the site . My five star rating is because the company dealt with the issue so promptly and courteously . They apologised, were genuinely concerned that I was unhappy with the purchase and provided free return labels . Very good service”
