“I'm sure that the lights will be great if they ever arrive. I suggest you use DPD, UPS, Amazon all who can and do deliver next day unlike Hermes who seem to take at least 2 weeks.”

“Good service of 5 stars not given because the order indicated delivery dates which turned out incorrect as Lighting Direct were out of stock. But fair play to them because when I pointed out the goods had not arrived, they admitted their problem and put it right swiftly. They are good people to deal with, and I commend them.”
