“Very poor customer service! I ordered two of the Milano Konstsmide hanging lanterns in Antique Black. The colour was not as described or as shown in the pictures. It was much more silver than black. Customer service was extremely unhelpful. They refused to pay for the cost of the return and forced me to pay to return the lamps. I would not shop with them again.”

I am sorry you were disappointed with your choice, and it seems, with us. We work very hard to ensure the accuracy of our images, descriptions and specifications on our website to allow customers to make the very best possible choice. “Fast efficient services good website, but once they get your email they send a marketing email every two days, and you cannot alter the interval so I unsubscribed and will probably forget them. Why not have a more granular way of selecting the number of emails I would rather have a email every month.”
