“quick delivery ang good product”

“They sent a Chrome Lamp instead of Brass, Impossible to contact by phone, answer service says they are very busy. When you email the response is we are having issues with Hermes deliveries. After several emails I did get replacement light, but am still waiting for them to collect Chrome Lamp I don't need and didn't order.”

“Item returned took 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to resolve. Replacement order left by Hermes outside front door in rain. Leave in safe place instructions ignored. Service was quick once return resolved. Website does not allow enough characters to give safe place instructions properly”

“I ordered some bulbs which came quickly but unfortunately I ordered ones which were not dimmable so had to return them. When I called back my problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently and although I had to pay for return postage the gentleman waived the new fast delivery charge for me so my dimmable ones arrived the next day. Very happy, thank you.”

“I ordered an unusual shaped light bulb, hoping it was the one that would replace the spent one in my floor lamp. The original had no markings to go by so I just went by th small picture available. And it was a perfect fit.”

“Good service, product arrived on time. Quality of product itself not top drawer - set screws don't fit well and the transformer doesn't seem dimmer compatible (buzzes). But works OK and in the setting it's in, it's not a significant issue. Just not expected considering the cost of the item.”

Thank you for getting in touch Michaela. This product has not been sent back to us therefore I am not sure why you state at this point we have refused you a refund. We received an email with an enquiry regarding returning the item to which we responded. As with all retailers, returned items have to come back to us as-new and fit for resale. Of course products have to be opened to be inspected properly by the purchaser - that is without question. We just ask that the packaging is handled with care. This information is on our web site and also on the dispatch note within the delivery box. I am sorry you are disappointed with the light itself. It has proved very popular with customers as does not require any mains wiring and therefore very straightforward to install.
