“Your website is very clear to understand, also delivery was painless. The two items I received were just what I was looking for but at the moment I am waiting for my electrician returning from holiday so am unable to comment on how it looks when erected.”

“I ordered two fixtures to fit for my client and had booked a date for the items to arrive. The delivery was not made on two agreed occasions and there was no way of actually speaking to a person. I had to reschedule with my client twice. Secondly, one of the fittings delivered is faulty. I have had to purchase new fittings (from elsewhere) and go back to fit them. Another extra day wasted. This should have been such a straightforward process but it became tedious. I am sending the fittins back.”

“When I called to say that the lamp had a fault they immediately arranged a collection free of charge. The next day the lamp was collected. I decided to buy a different lamp and again that was delivered the next day.”

“They were great one of the lights I'd ordered was broken so I rang straight away spoke to a lovely lady n they're sending a new one when they receive their order from the manufacturer no ifs or buts just told me to dump the broken one”

“They accepted my order at about 7:30 pm, and the lantern was delivered at Noon the next day. Another supplier had messed me around, and I needed this lantern straight away. Lighting Direct came to the rescue. I was sent on the day of delivery a one hour time slot when my order would arrive, and that's when it came. I'll use them again.”
