“Ordered garden lights and was processed with 5-day delivery, once the order was placed delay email after dealy email came through with new days, waited over 6 weeks for the lights to come. In that time I could have sourced lights form elsewhere, poor show leaving customers hanging on not knowing whats happening, delayed the work being carried out from the other trades working on my project.”

“Having ordered items online, I needed to amend the order and add some led lamps. I was unable to add them to my basket - the facility simply doesn't exist on the website. I then emailed the company and received an automated reply advising they were 'busy' and to call the 0800 number instead. I rang, no reply and left a message with contact details - no response. So my advice is, check before you order because you won't be able to amend it afterwards, you cant contact them and the company won't contact you. Apart from that, my original order was fine.”

“A s with my previous orders, ordered one day and delivered the next day using their courier service. As the order was for lighting packaging is important and as usual it wasn't just sent in the manufacturers box but inside an additional box surrounded by airbags. Order arrived intact and even adding courier delivery it was still cheaper than other sites . Service, products, packaging and delivery all 1st class. Order with confidence.”
