“Items arrived within 2 days as stated, so very pleased. I would recommend the company and would also buy from them again. I cannot think of anything they could have done better.”

“I ordered 3 lights. One Arrived very promptly. I was told at the time of ordering that there would be a delay with the other two. They were due on 2nd Sept but did not arrive until 5th Sept. This didn't cause a problem but might have done if the electrician had been coming that day. It would have been useful to know that there was a further delay and I wouldn't have had to wait around for a delivery on 2nd Sept.”

“The product arrived OK in its own box. It was then packed in another box which was not suitable and had been damaged. This appeared to be not a box but just wrapped around cardboard. The packer who did this needs to be trained in doing a better job.”
