“I found their web site easy to negotiate and when I had a question to ask about the product I received a reply almost by return, although the initial acknowledgement said due to the Christmas period and rush of orders their reply may be delayed - it was earlier than expected and very delicate items were well wrapped.”

“I have bought from Lighting Direct in the past and always found them to be very helpful with a fast and efficient service. I recently bought a product which turned up about 3 days before I was expecting it, having waited for nearly two weeks from another supplier before I cancelled the order. I bought on price from the other supplier, not always the best measure of value.”
