“We needed some specialist bulbs of varying types for our Tiffany lamps! There is a large selection on the Lighting Direct site and were able to find the ones we needed at a good price. Ordered Tuesday evening, delivered Thursday morning. What's not to like! Oh, and very clear instructions should we wish to return the items - which we don't!! Many thanks for a great service.”

“Very pleased with this picture light, well made and delivered promptly but unfortunately had been left in the rain before delivery but luckily did not affect the light inside. Not impressed with Hermes.”

“My lamp was delivered damaged and I suspect it may have caused by the courier company. Like all problems of this nature, I thought I was about to enter a whole world of pain. Nothing could have been further from the truth. I e-mailed customer services at Lighting Direct with a photo and the response was immediate. New lamp dispatched and received within 48hrs. No quibble, no hassle and professionally resolved. Dominic Milford Derbyshire”
